The New Oil Festival in Mont-roig del Camp will be held on Sunday, 2 November, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in Parc Maria Martori, although it may be moved to the Municipal Sports Centre if the weather turns bad.
During the day, you can enjoy the traditional popular breakfast provided by Bar El Mosset, priced at €7, which includes a slice of bread, sausage, nuts and a drink. There will also be bar service.
Attendees can purchase new oil produced by the four producers in the town: Molí del Baix Camp, Olis Solé, Oli Tasta’m and Oli Tambaler.
This year will include the fourth edition of the aioli contest, a complementary activity that allows participants to make aioli by hand on-site with the materials provided by the organisers. To participate, you must register before 30 October 2025 by filling out the registration form available at the OMAC offices in Mont-roig and Miami Platja and at the Ecoespai office.
