The C.E L’Areny hiking group from Mont-roig del Camp is organising an outing on Sunday 21 September along the paths and trails of the municipality.
The route will start directly from the Town Hall and head towards the Barranco de Rifà, before visiting the Barraca de las Quimeras. Shortly before starting the climb to Les Pedreres, participants will pass by the Barraca de los del Pedrellar.
It will continue through the Guixeres area until it joins the Font d’en Soler path. From there, it will continue to the Caseta del Pagès, Mas d’en Rucs, and, crossing woods and trails, it will pass near Molló Vell.
Further on, you will reach the Arranclavers path, turning off to cross the Pont de Rifà. The group will then pass by Font d’en Soler again, cross the Barranco de Rifà ravine once more and return to the Town Hall via paths and trails.
This is a moderately difficult route with a relatively gentle gradient.
