The formula that protects you: distance + hands + mask


Basic information



  1. The wearing of masks is mandatory for all persons over 6 years of age in the following cases: In any outdoor space where, due to there being a large number of people, it is not possible to maintain a minimum distance of 1,5 meters between people, except among cohabiting groups. In any enclosed space for public use or open to the public. On transport by air, sea, bus, rail or cable car, including on platforms and at passengers stations; on public and private transport in vehicles of us to nine seats, including the driver, if the occupants are not cohabitants. Passengers on ships and boats, will not  be required to wear masks when they are inside their cabin, or in the outer spaces of the ship when a distance of 1,5 meters can be maitained. At crowded outdoor events, when attendees are standing or sitting and 1,5 meters of distance between people cannot be maintained, except among cohabiting groups. It is recommended to use it in private spaces, both open and closed, when there are meetings or a possible confluence of people who do not live together, and in outdoor spaces, especially in those where due to the influx of people it is difficult to control that the interpersonal physical distance

  6. Avoid sharing food and utensils

  7. Smoking is forbidden on public roads or in outdoor areas where a minimum distance of 2 metres cannot be ensured. This ban also applies to tobacco inhalation devices, water pipes, bongs or similar

  8. It is recommended that meetings do not exceed ten people unless they are cohabitants.

  9. Keep to household bubbles as much as possible.

  10. The sharing of alcoholic drinks on public roads and in all other public open spaces is forbidden


Tourist Offices



  1. It is mandatory to use the mask inside the office

  2. You must maintain a safe distance of at least 1,5 meters

  3. Use hydroalcoholic gel and disposable handkerchiefs that will be placed outside the office before accessing them

  4. Wear gloves if indicated

  5. Use specific containers to throw away gloves, mask and handkerchiefs

  6. The Tourist Offices will have information posters with tips and guidelines to follow

  7. They will also have protective screens on the counters


Tourist accommodation



  1. Establishment workers will be equipped with appropriate prevention measures

  2. They will have hydroalcoholic ice in the reception, toilets, restaurant and other services

  3. They will also have protective screens in places where necessary

  4. They will have informative posters with tips and guidelines to follow


Trade and catering



  1. Establishment workers will be equipped with appropriate prevention measures

  2. They will have hydroalcoholic ice at the entrance and, if necessary, other elements of individual protection for customers

  3. They will also have protective screens in places where necessary

  4. They will have informative posters with tips and guidelines to follow

  5. Services with physical contact (hairdressers and beauty centers) open with an individual appointment system and reinforcement of contagion prevention measures

  6. Restaurant timetables. Until 02.30h

  7. There is no limit on the number of people per table or minimum distance between tables.

  8. Prioritize the terraces

  9. The use of the mask is mandatory while you are not eating or drinking


Public buildings



  1. Public workers will be equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment

  2. They will have hydroalcoholic ice at the entrance and, if necessary, other elements of individual protection

  4. Adequate capacity will be limited to regulations

Beaches and coves



  1. Distance of 2 meters between attendees including towels and other personal items

  2. Use gloves and hand hygiene products if you touch foreign materials and items

  3. Protect yourself with a mask if it is not possible to keep a distance of 2 meters

  4. Maximum groups of 10 people, except people living together

  5. You cannot use the showers, footbaths, toilets and children’s play areas, they are closed for safety reasons

  6. Most of the creeks in Miami Platja are open to the public, except for Cala Bot which will not be opened due to the refurbishment works in progress. If security measures are breached or there are crowds, the City Council of Mont-roig del Camp reserves the right to close them again.

  7. Els Penyals beach is open, but the accesses to numbers 56 and 62 of the Passeig Marítim are closed.

  8.  There is a lifeguard service on Cristall beach, on L’Estany Gelat beach, on La Casa dels Lladres beach and  on Pixerota Beach

  9. Before entering the public toilets (WC) installed in the main beaches and creeks of the township, it is mandatory to wash your hands with the available hydroalcoholic gel and use the mask indoors.
